The most popular Pa900 sound engine uses four times as much PCM memory as the Pa1000 sound engine, which uses compression to increase User PCM capacity to 600MB. Additionally, the number of User Style locations has increased to a maximum of 1,152, which will include practically all possible styles. Enhanced with standard features like the TC Helicon Vocal Harmonizer, a Dual MP3 player & recorder, and the Dual Crossfade Sequencer, the upgraded built-in speaker system creates a powerful, full-bodied sound. Because video output is standardized, your audience can follow the lyrics as they are displayed on the screen. The Pa1000 contains all of this in a premium case with aluminum inserts in the side panels of an elegant chassis to give it a prestigious appearance on any stage. The 61-key keyboard is made for musicians of all skill levels and has a semi-weighted action that feels perfect. It also has an aftertouch and naturally responsive key-on/key-off velocity sensitivity. A professional aesthetic and a thin profile were both considered while designing the Pa1000.
